Strength Training & Muscle Growth
I have a lot of personal experience in bodybuilding and have trained competitive bodybuilders, so I know more about building a great and strong physique than the average personal trainer. Bodybuilding can have many benefits: it is not just about bulking up and testosterone. Using weights and resistance exercises is a great way to build the strength, anaerobic endurance and size of muscles. When properly performed, strength training can provide significant benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, and increased metabolism as well as building attractive, lean muscle.
