Functional & Plyometric Training
The combination of the two can bring you fast fitness results and improve your life – it is, I believe, the fastest way to increase your fitness and burn body fat. Functional training is built around exercises imitating movements from daily activities. Plyometric training is a method of training originally developed by Russian coaches in the 1950s, which focuses on performing explosive movements to develop power. My own form of functional training uses high intensity aerobic and plyometric training exercises inspired by Insanity and Tabata training principles. Using a wide variety of interval training techniques and various types of high-intensity explosive routines, you can achieve the maximum benefit in the minimum of time.
