Our commitment to you:

Confidentiality.

All information you give Reach4Fitness will be kept in confidence. Your personal details and medical information will not be made available to third parties unless you so grant permission to do.

Recommendations.

Using our judgment and experience, we will suggest certain exercises and other lifestyle and nutrition advice that we believe will help you achieve your personal goals, but if at any time you have specific requests please tell us so we can accommodate them.

Referral.

We intend to work with you within the scope of my knowledge and competencies as a REPs Registered Exercise Professional. Therefore when we believe it is in your best interests to see another health professional, we will refer you appropriately.

If we (trainers) cancel or run late.

Unforeseen circumstances may arise which require our sessions to be rescheduled. In this event the following policy will apply:

  • If we are forced to cancel our session within 24 hours we will make up the session at no charge to you.
  • If we are forced to cancel our session giving you more than 24 hours’ notice we will reschedule as soon as possible.
  • If we run late in starting our session we will extend the session time accordingly or make it up at a future date, whichever is most convenient to you.

Your responsibilities to us:

Disclosure of information.

Please disclose all health information as requested at our initial consultation and keep us updated and informed of any changes to your health status. This includes all medical conditions; physical and mental, injuries, allergies, and medication you are taking. If necessary, you may need to seek clearance from your doctor before participation in the exercise program we recommend.

Accepting potential risks.

Whilst for most people exercise is hugely positive with many health benefits, there remains some risk that we require you to be aware of and for you to sign the informed consent and disclaimer that we will provide.

If you (the client) cancel or run late.

If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show you will be required to pay 50 % of the session fee.

If you (the client) are late to a session, we will do my best to get the most out of the remaining time left in the session as we are unable to run over time due to previously arranged client commitments.

Session options and terms:

Session Length – 1 hour

Session Frequency – on agreement

Session fees:

  1. one-to-one PT – ÂŁ40 per session
  2. block of 10 one-to-one PTsessions+1 free session – ÂŁ400 (paid in advance)
  3. buddy PT session-ÂŁ55 per session
  4. block of 10 buddy PT sessions+1 free session – ÂŁ550 (paid in advance)
  5. Bootcamp ,,pay as you go’’ session – ÂŁ8 per session
  6. Block of 10 Bootcamp sessions – ÂŁ60 (paid in advance)
  7. HIIT&Shape group session – ÂŁ8 per session
  8. Block of 5 HIIT&Shape group sessions – ÂŁ35

Reach4Fitness reserve rights to change prices in the beginning of each year, depending on increase in costs of rent and running business.

Payment methods:

a) Cash or cheque at the start or the end of each PT or class session.

b) Block PT or class sessions have to be paid in advance by cash or bank transfer.

c) Bank transfer per PT or class session, no later than the day of training.

To get the most out of your session we recommend the following:

Have a small snack or light meal two or three hours before your session.

Be sure you are well hydrated and avoid alcohol prior to training. If you are feeling unwell before your session please contact us.

Bring a small towel and water bottle to your session

Wear appropriate clothing and footwear (ask us if you are unsure).

Be ready at the appointed time.

Once the initial term has been completed, the agreement will run until further notice (please note that the agreement cannot be cancelled during the initial term). Any request to cancel this agreement after the initial term is completed is required to be in writing i.e. email or letter.

Being prepared for your session.

Communication and Commitment

While Reach4Fitness can give you the tools and encouragement to reach your goals, ultimately you will need to assume responsibility for making the required changes. We can best help you with this process if you keep us fully informed of any issues that arise for you and if you have any questions or concerns whatsoever please don’t hesitate to voice them with us.

Terms of this agreement

The client understands that they are paying the trainer for their services as outlined in this agreement. In the event that the client doesn’t use the services, the client will still be responsible to make payment for the full initial term as agreed above.
The trainer will deliver their sessions and advice to the best of their ability. Reach4Fitness trainers are insured, registered with REPs, DBS checked, and will respect all applicable UK laws and the REP’s Code of Conduct at all times.

The client agrees to make all payments by the due date.

Acknowledgement of this Agreement
