Core and back conditioning
I have developed my own program to condition my clients’ core and back muscles, drawing on a combination of exercises from core stability, Pilates, CX Worx, TRX, functional Paul Chek core training and boxing. My core workout not only strengthens your core by using functional movements, but also gives your abs the look that you want.
