Dynamax Ball
Dynamax balls are impact-absorbing balls of different weights which were first adopted in the USA. All Dynamax ball exercises rely on fast rhythmical movements, many of which are based on plyometric principles. They created a new dimension to core conditioning, one on which many American football players, cross fit fanatics, cage fighters and, indeed, most athletes looking to develop power, speed, endurance and strong core rely as an essential element to their training.
