Bulgarian Bag
Relatively new in the UK, the Bulgarian bag is gaining a massive fitness fan base around country. Developed by a Bulgarian wrestler Iwan Iwanov, the Bulgarian bag breaks from old-fashioned static resistance training methods by using accelerating and decelerating movements at various angles around the athlete’s body. This increases overall strength and agility. All exercises include both weight training and fast dynamic movements, which optimises fat burning and increases metabolic rates.
