It is difficult time for everyone but Reach4Fitness recognise that is important to keep active to boost your immune system, socially interact and keep in good mental & physical health.

We created online classes and run personal training sessions to keep clients active during lockdown.

You don’t have to worry about equipment as we give options of exercises with or without equipment.

Try your first class for FREE, just ask us for a link join in, IT’S EASY, you only need a link, laptop and a bit of space in your house or garden.

We are offering 11 weekly classes:

Monday:
1pm Glutes & Legs -30min;

Tuesday:
7am TBC (total body conditioning) – 1h
1pm Forever Active (class for Older Adults & GP Referral) – 1h
6.30pm Body Sculpture & Flexibility – 1h;

Wednesday:
1pm HIIT – 30min;

Thursday:
7am Boxercise – 30min
1pm Core/ABS – 30min
7pm TBC – 1h;

Friday:
1pm Glutes & Legs – 30min;

Saturday:
9am TBC – 1h;

Sunday:
9am TBC – 1h.

We endeavour to be contactable at all the times to support you and answer your questions.

We run our online service using Zoom.us app- we will need your email address to send you invitation. All you need to do is to download a free Zoom app (we as a host pay all expenses) and accept the invitation on your laptop, tablet or phone.

Reach4Fitness has flexible and affordable packages, where you can pay per individual sessions or monthly subscription (which entitles you to unlimited class entrance, extra exercise and nutrition advice on request).

As a member, you can receive a 30% monthly discount if you refer a friend.
